Welcome
C.M.C. was established in 1973 by Dick Chilson
as a consulting firm for commercial egg producers. C.M.C.
started processing flock records in 1974, and started selling software
and computers to egg producers in 1977. The company was incorporated
in 1979. By 2004, C.M.C. consulted with clients that owned over 150,000,000
layers, and provided software services at more than 160 locations throughout
the U.S.A.
C.M.C. was acquired in 2005 by AgriSoft
Solutions. C.M.C. is now a part of AgriSoft Solutions suite of software services.
C.M.C. continues to provide software services to the traditional Chilson client base
and now C.M.C. provides the same level of service for AgriSoft erp and AgriSoft aim clients.
C.M.C. consulting clients now receive benchmarking information from Agri Stats,
who is the leading provider of benchmarking for all types of poultry operations.
C.M.C. has installed and supports more computer systems
at more egg operations than anyone else in the world. In past years,
our goal has been to be the number one computer vendor in the egg
industry. We believe we have achieved that goal.
Our new goal is to continue to be the leading supplier
of software and computers for the egg industry, and to become a
leading supplier of software, and computers for other poultry-related
businesses, such as Integrated Poultry Companies, Perishable Food
Distributors, and Feed Mills.
All C.M.C. Software is portable between platforms.
It will operate on Windows (all versions), Linux, SCO, AIX UNIX,
and Novell. C.M.C. has extensive experience with clients that have
multiple remote locations, and operate their computer systems over
Wide Area Networks (WANS). C.M.C. is a Certified IBM Business Partner.
